I love entertaining and experimenting with new cooking styles and recipes. My love for people is what inspired me to create Sal’s Eats a mobile restaurant. We live in the beautiful and growing wine appellation of Lodi, California. What better way to enjoy our many local wineries, breweries and special events than with a mobile kitchen.
Sal’s Eats is a full service kitchen where we create American Cruisine. I offer menu items such as the Hot Brown Sandwich from Kentucky to Charcuterie boards loaded with fine meats and cheeses. Pairing food to the venue is how I enhance the experience for the customers.
